- Fresh milk fat gives the smooth texture and solids which are not fat, but helps in increasing the nutritive value of the Ice Cream.
- Fresh fruits & nuts help in enhancing the flavours.
- Sugar acts as a sweetening agent as well as a preservative. It also helps to add the total solids.
- Natural stabilizers and emulsifiers help in binding the water and fat in order to protect the body & texture.
- Besides this, it helps in incorporation of the air in freezing of ice cream.
Packaging, Storage and Handling of Products
- Available in various retail pack sizes of Bulk packs of 2 ltrs, 4 ltrs.
- All packs featuring batch number, production & expiry date.
- 0 Storage temperature of ice cream should be - 18o C or below.
- While handling & transporting the ice cream, cold chain has to be strictly maintained.
- Temperature should be strictly maintained at all levels from the factory cold storage to refrigerated van, thereon to parlours/ hypermarkets, product handling staff till the product reaches the customers.
